Orders are shipped within the following business day via UPS or FedEx overnight service.
During December and other peak periods, we may require additional days to process and deliver your order and will inform you of any unusual delays. Due to winter weather and other events that are out of our control, deliveries may be delayed, and on-time delivery is not guaranteed. Outside of weather interference, we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery.
We make every effort to ship most orders on a timely basis. Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected. We specifically encourage you to order before the week of THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS to avoid unexpected delays and stock-outs.

Where do you ship to?
We only ship to the continental United States (We are very sorry, Alaska & Hawaii). We do not ship to PO boxes or Military Bases.
Packaging
Our products are professionally butchered and individually vacuum-sealed in a USDA facility and blast-frozen to maintain freshness and allow for consistent quality. We ship using insulated foam containers with ice packs or dry ice – it leaves our facility cold and arrives the same way! Some natural thawing may occur; do NOT panic!
Shipping Restrictions
UPS/FedEx might not leave packages in open areas (apartment or condo complexes).
Please double-check addresses. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
For gifts, the billing customer is responsible for confirming gift recipients are available to accept deliveries. Be sure to double-check the addresses of your gift recipients.
